About these terms

These terms govern use of StitchHub by customers and providers. StitchHub is operated as a sole proprietorship (business name: StitchHub; proprietor: Nabila Sarfraz) at 729 Eden Lane Villas 2, Pine Avenue Rd, Lahore. Contact: stitchhub4@gmail.com, phone or WhatsApp +92 328 8168169, or the in-app Help service.

Effective date: the date on which this policy is first published on this page. Until that date these terms are a draft and do not form a contract.

By affirmatively accepting these terms when registering or ordering, you agree to the applicable terms shown to you. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a contract to exclude.

StitchHub is in a testing period

StitchHub is currently in a testing period. Accounts, orders, payments, messages, reviews and verification records created now are test records used to check the app before real customers are served. No live payment gateway is connected and no real money is collected, held, paid out or refunded through StitchHub at this stage.

Before real customers are served, the test accounts, test orders, test messages, test reviews, test verification records and the files uploaded with them will be removed. That cleanup is a planned procedure carried out by us: it is not an automatic deletion feature and no deadline is applied automatically. It will be completed before launch and in any event no later than 21 days after testing ends. The owner and administrator account, the app’s configuration and the published policies are preserved.

Test quotations, test orders, verification badges shown during testing, test reviews and test payments are demonstrations of how the app works. They are not real service bookings, not a verified commercial endorsement of any provider or customer, and not payments. Do not pay money to anyone and do not start real stitching work through these test flows.

This version of the terms describes the testing service only. Nothing in it describes a live payment service, because none is connected: no payment is collected, held, protected, released, settled or refunded. A commercial payment service would be a separate later stage; if a live gateway is introduced, the payment, settlement and refund terms that apply to it will be published, and you will be asked to accept them, before any real payment is accepted.

Marketplace role and eligibility

StitchHub provides a marketplace and tools for search, quotations, communication and order management. Independent providers are responsible for the stitching services they agree to supply. StitchHub remains responsible for its own service and commitments.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Business users must have authority to act for their business. Keep account information accurate and credentials private. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Profiles and verification

Providers must describe their skills, prices, experience and services accurately and have permission to use portfolio images and business names. They remain responsible for applicable permissions, taxes and standards relevant to their work.

A StitchHub Verified badge means the stated verification checks were completed; it is not a guarantee of workmanship, delivery or a particular result. Verification is optional. Any fee, scope of checks and refund conditions must be shown before the provider agrees to pay. A fee alone does not entitle a provider to a badge.

During the testing period, a verification badge and the verification decision behind it are a demonstration of the verification flow. A badge shown during testing is not a verified commercial endorsement of any provider and must not be presented as one.

Quotations and agreement

A quotation request is an invitation to discuss work. Before accepting, agree on the garment or service, quantity, measurements, fabric supplier, design, total charges, delivery arrangements and date. A provider may propose a different price or date. Customers may accept, reject or discuss an offer.

Record the final agreed terms in the accepted quotation and order. A chat discussion does not by itself update the displayed price, payment amount or delivery date. If an agreed change cannot be recorded with the available tools, contact support before work or payment proceeds.

Accepting a quotation during testing records a test agreement inside the app so the flow can be checked. It does not create a binding order, a contract to stitch, or any chargeable obligation, and no chargeable work or real stitching work should be started through these test flows. The order-formation terms that will apply when real orders can be placed are held in the internal launch draft and will be published, and accepted by you, before any real order is placed.

Measurements designs and materials

Customers must provide accurate instructions and identify who took the measurements and the units used. A clear photograph of a handwritten measurement sheet may be uploaded. Providers must check unclear or inconsistent measurements before cutting fabric or starting irreversible work.

Neither party should assume an unconfirmed change has been accepted. Use the order’s sharing and confirmation controls to record agreement. Responsibility for a defect depends on the agreed instructions, measurements, workmanship and evidence; it is not automatically placed on the customer.

Agree who supplies fabric, its condition, permitted substitutions, extra material costs and return of unused material. Bulk, CMT, designer and bridal orders should also record samples, quantities, milestones and approvals before production.

Prices fees and payment

Providers set their service prices. The total, delivery charges, platform or processing fees, discounts and payment schedule must be disclosed before payment. No undisclosed additional charge is authorised by these terms.

While StitchHub is in testing, no live payment gateway is connected. Screens labelled Test Payment or simulated payment are demonstrations: they record an amount against the order and move no money. Treat every amount shown in the app as a test record, not as a payment you have made and not as a sum held for you.

For a normal-tailoring order the displayed schedule is 20 percent as a booking advance and 80 percent at delivery. Different arrangements for other order types apply only when clearly shown and agreed before payment. Do not treat this example as a universal rate.

Do not pay any money through these test flows, and do not pay a provider directly for work started through them. If a live payment gateway is introduced later, the checkout screen and the Payment Policy will state the payment partner, the approved methods, any fee, who holds the funds, and the release, refund and settlement terms that apply to it. Those terms are not in force today.

Protected payment and completion

StitchHub does not at this stage hold, protect or release money for any order. The advance-held, balance-paid, delivery, confirmation and release steps shown in the app belong to a simulated test flow: they update the order record and a simulated payment record and move no funds. Words such as protected payment, held funds or released describe this test behaviour only. They are not a description of actual custody, escrow, deposit-taking or insurance, and StitchHub is not a licensed escrow provider.

Delivered records delivery status; it is distinct from the customer’s confirmation that the work is satisfactory. Check the received order before confirming completion. A pending cancellation or dispute pauses the simulated release while the case is reviewed.

No automatic release or scheduled payout runs in the app today, and no funds are settled to providers. The hold and release process, provider settlement timing and any automatic-completion rule belong to a future live payment stage and are not part of the current service.

Delivery and changes

Providers should promptly disclose delays and request agreement to a revised date. Customers should provide necessary information and agreed material on time. Additional work, material substitutions and price changes require agreement before proceeding.

Delivery responsibility, courier costs, inspection and return arrangements must be clear in the order. Do not mark an undelivered order as delivered or ask a customer to confirm completion before receiving and checking the work.

Cancellation and refunds

Use the available cancellation control or contact Help with the order number. Cancelling a request and cancelling an accepted or partly completed order may have different consequences. An accepted order may require review; a request alone does not confirm cancellation or a refund.

While StitchHub is in testing no real money has been collected, so an approved refund is a test record only. The rules below describe how cancellations will be handled once live payments are accepted.

Any deduction must be supported by the agreed terms, evidence of authorised work or material commitments, and applicable law. An advance is not automatically non-refundable. Depending on the case, the outcome may be a full refund, partial refund or payment for properly performed work.

Because no money is collected during testing, there is nothing to return and no refund or payout can be paid or instructed. The stage-based deduction schedule, the treatment of approved materials and fees, and the refund route and expected processing time belong to the future live payment stage, are held in the internal launch draft, and are not in force today.

Disputes and evidence

Raise an issue promptly through Open Dispute or Help. The app’s ordinary dispute window is 48 hours from the recorded delivery event. If access fails or delivery was recorded incorrectly, contact support immediately. This operational window does not extinguish non-waivable legal rights.

Explain the issue and provide relevant photographs, agreed specifications, measurements or other documents. Both parties must have a reasonable opportunity to respond. Review may consider the accepted quotation, shared design history, relevant dispute communications and evidence.

StitchHub will communicate its platform decision on the test dispute. During testing no money has been collected, so no refund or payout can be issued and no refund or payout instruction will be given; the decision records the outcome of the test review only. You may request admin review where the app provides that route or contact Help about a material error. A platform decision does not prevent recourse to a competent court, regulator or other available legal remedy.

Honest complaints are permitted. Fabricated evidence, threats and deliberate abuse may lead to proportionate account restrictions after review. An unsuccessful complaint is not by itself evidence of dishonesty.

Conduct reviews and content

Do not harass users, impersonate another person, commit fraud, upload unlawful content, manipulate reviews or attempt unauthorised access. Reviews should describe a genuine experience. Report suspected fake or abusive reviews through the available reporting route.

You retain rights to your uploaded content. You grant StitchHub the limited permission needed to store, display and process it for the relevant service. Private measurements, designs and dispute evidence are not licensed for public advertising. Obtain separate permission before using another person’s work, image or order photos for promotion.

Account restrictions and service limits

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, serious misconduct, security risks or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a response. Closing an account does not cancel outstanding order, refund or payment obligations.

We do not promise uninterrupted access or a provider’s commercial success. Report errors through Help. Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a claim will be assessed according to the relevant conduct and applicable law.

Law changes and contact

The laws applicable in Pakistan govern these terms, subject to mandatory local consumer protections and the authority of competent courts and tribunals. Contact Help first if you want assistance, without giving up any legal remedy.

Each version of these terms shows the date it was published as its effective date. Material changes will be notified appropriately and will not retrospectively change an accepted order without agreement, unless required by law.
